PERUNDING AZIZ SEHU SDN BHD is a multi-disciplined Consulting Engineers Malaysian Firm with its Head Office in Kuala Lumpur. The Firm is the result of the development of a Consulting Engineering practice under the name of “T M Sehu & Rakan-Rakan” founded by Mr. Sehu Tong Meng in 1963. In 1970, with the inclusion of Bumiputera participation, the Firm’s name was changed to Yusoff Ibrahim Sehu Berakan.

In 1981, Haji Aziz Bin Haji Shariff was elected as the Chairman and later in 1994 as Managing Director of the Firm, holding majority of share in the Firm. The Firm’s name was subsequently changed to PERUNDING AZIZ SEHU SDN BHD, a company limited by shares, on 21st December 1981 to carry on and to utilize the vast experiences that it had gained in the past 43 years.

In 1998, with the retirement of Mr. T M Sehu from the business and is acting as an In-House Advisor/Consultant, the Firm is a 100% Bumiputera company with Haji Aziz bin Haji Shariff maintain as a Managing Director and Haji Mohd Azhar bin Jaafar is the new appointed Director. On 23 March 2002 due to Haji Mohd. Azhar bin Jaafar passed away, Mr Lee Siau Pin has been appointed as the new Director and the Firm is a 99% Bumiputera company.

On 02 June 2016 due to Haji Aziz bin Haji Shariff passed away, Nur Hussein Bin Aziz been appointed as the new Director of the company. PERUNDING AZIZ SEHU SDN BHD still continue to offer full consultancy services in the traditional aspects of consulting engineering by itself or in association with International Consultants for Civil, Structural, Water & Hydraulic, Transportation & Planning, Airport Planning, Ports & Harbour, Engineering Survey and Oil & Gas Engineering. But its experience and capabilities now extend beyond these disciplines to include the Total Engineering Team Concept. .
